I ordered online and the process was easy. The flowers were delivered on time. The delivery driver called the phone number when no one answered the door. My niece was able to get the flowers inside before my sister got home from the hospital. They were absolutely and cheerful!!!

Shotwell Floral exceeded every expectation. Aurora and Angie went above and beyond to create two beautiful, personalized floral arrangements for a special member of our family and community. They truly listened to our ideas and brought them to life with incredible care, creativity, and attention to detail. They were so kind, helpful, and easy to work with. The arrangements were absolutely stunning and meant so much to our family. I highly recommend Shotwell Floral to anyone looking for exceptional service and gorgeous, meaningful floral designs. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you, Aurora and Angie, for making such a lasting impression!

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! I live in the Philippines while my sister resides in North Dakota, and finding this local flower shop was truly a gem. Thank you so much for arranging everything so wonderfully; the transaction was smooth, easy, and fast. I deeply appreciate the care and effort you put into this. Totally recommended. I told my sister to share with her colleagues what a wonderful shop you are. Thank you

Im sorry, I normally love Shotwells. Their store is beautiful and their people are genuine. But this mothers day arrangement my loving husband had delivered is terribly ugly. Maybe my husband played a part, i dont know, but this just looks like you ran out of materials and I got the scraps. The light pink roses look bruised. The hydrangeas look as if their only job is to take up space. All inside this hideous pink vase that the mouth is so wide the flowers are falling in. There was no thoughtful design to this.

Shotwell’s flowers were wonderful for my daughter’s wedding. We just wanted a bridal bouquet and a couple of arrangements. We didn’t want traditional fall colors and Nancy designed just what we wanted. They felt seasonal and unique. They did a beautiful job!
